- What areas do you cover?

We provide removal services across England and Wales. We can help with local moves, long-distance moves, and moves between cities, depending on availability and the size of the job.
- Do you offer house removals?
Yes, absolutely. We help customers move from flats, houses, student accommodation and shared properties. Our team can move furniture, boxes, appliances, personal items and other household belongings.
- Can you provide packing materials?
Yes. We do supply packing materials such as boxes, tape, bubble wrap, protective covers and wrapping materials. The exact materials needed will depend on the size of your move and the items being transported. It will be added into the total cost send to you in the quotation :)
- How much does a removal service cost?
The cost depends on several factors, including the distance, number of items, size of the property, access to the building, packing requirements and whether any large or heavy items need to be moved. We can definitely provide a more accurate quote after understanding the details of your move.
- Do you offer free quotes?
Yes. All our quotes are free and at our own labour expense :( . Nonetheless, please be as detailed as you can sending the form if you want to avoid any extra costs and get as accurate quote as we can possible provide you with.
- How far in advance should I book?
It is best to book as early as possible and no earlier than 48 hours before the move. We also require the payment to be sent at least 48 hours prior (check our terms and conditions for a more detailed policy or contact us). HOWEVER, if your move is urgent, we might be able to help if you get in touch with us directly.
- Do you dismantle and reassemble furniture?
We may be able to help dismantle and reassemble basic furniture, such as beds, tables, and wardrobes. This should be agreed in advance so we can allow enough time and bring the right tools.
- Do you move fragile items?
Yes. We can move fragile items such as mirrors, glassware, artwork, lamps, and delicate decorations. We recommend using proper protective packaging, and our packing service can help reduce the risk of damage.
- How do I book a removal service?
You can contact us with your moving date, collection and delivery addresses, property type, item list and any packing or waste clearance needs. Once we understand the job, we will provide availability and a quote.
- Can you help with waste clearance after a move?
Yes. We can help remove unwanted items, packaging waste, and general non-hazardous waste after a move. Please let us know what needs to be cleared so we can confirm whether we can take it and if it will cost anything extra.
